Vladimir Volegov is considered one of the best Russian artists. His biography is lacking in detail and is difficult to find information on its activities. However, his works are very popular especially in the web.
I find his extraordinary works, the colors bright and vibrant, where the subjects are mostly women.
I propose some of his works start to the day.

Born in Khabarovsk, Russia, Vladimir began painting at the age of three and his talent would be noted repeatedly throughout his adolescence. Over the past fourteen years, his art has evolved into the striking figurative work he creates today. Vladimir's vibrant color palette and bold strokes coalesce to create evocative images that possess a timeless sensibility.
